School history

  • March 1982

    Established for international exchange of academic and cultural science with the permission of the Niigata Prefectural Board of Education, it was relocated to Tokyo in the 1980s at the beginning of establishment. Many American researchers from Japan visited Japan and provided a place for Japanese language education. After that, relocated to Utsunomiya-shi, Tochigi prefecture, to develop full-fledged Japanese language education facilities. In the latter half of the 1980s, he worked diligently to disseminate Japanese culture intensively, actively participated in projects such as holding “International Ceramic Exposition” and disseminating tea ceremonies abroad.

    Relocated to Utsunomiya for business expansion

  • 1993

    Acquired accreditation of the Japan Educational Promotion Association foundation.

  • 1997

    “The Young Resercher of Excellence Award” was founded. In 2000, we provided practical training information and conducted flight attendant training and exchange projects through partnership with airline companies.

  • 2002

    Increase the number of students to 220 people.

  • 2006

    Partnering with Thailand New College of Dr. Krasae.

  • 2009

    Partnering with China Inner Mongolia Japanese Professional Academy

  • 2010

    Tie up with many Japanese universities and vocational schools to strengthen graduates’ advancement support.

  • 2011

    Established ski club and basketball club as club activities.

  • 2012

    Receive approval from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology.

  • 2014

    Established Saint Mary ‘s foreign language vocational school.

  • 2015

    Receive various school approval from Tochigi prefecture. From Tochigi Prefecture receive a change permission from the capacity of 234 people to 350 people.

  • 2016

    Prince of Cambodia Twinning with Japanese Department of Foreign Language Department of Phnom Penh University.
